Toilet Facilities
The toilets are located on the lower mall near Café Brasilia. These include male and female toilets, accessible toilets, parent and child toilets and a baby feeding room and baby changing room.
Changing Places Toilet
The Changing Places Toilet is situated on the upper mall, near to NatWest Bank, and can be identified by the following signage:
Changing Places toilets provide:
- A height-adjustable changing bench
- A tracking hoist system, or mobile hoist if this is not possible
- Adequate space in the changing area for the disabled person and up to two carers
- A centrally placed toilet with room on either side for the carers
- A screen or curtain to allow the disabled person and carer some privacy
- Wide tear off paper roll to cover the bench
- A large waste bin for disposable pads
- Non-slip floors
A RADAR key is required to gain access to the facility. Alternatively, please contact the Centre Management Office on 01926 450150 for access.
For Health and Safety reasons, we do not provide slings. Customers are asked to bring their own, which should be compatible with the loop system.
Lifts & Escalators
There is one set of escalators within the shopping centre located in the centre of the mall. Passenger lifts can be found at either end of the shopping centre, close to M&S and Superdry/Café Brasilia.
Disabled Parking
If all designated bays are unavailable, blue badge holders are permitted to park their vehicles within non-designated disabled parking bays. Customers are requested to keep their Blue Badges on their person to scan at the payment terminals within the centre. Blue Badges needn’t be displayed on vehicles whilst shopping with us.
Shopmobility
Leamington Spa Shopmobility is located on level 4 of the public car park and is open as follows:
Thursday and Friday, 10.00 – 15.00
Saturday, 10.00 – 16.00
Please note Shopmobility is closed Sunday to Wednesday.
Shopmobility hire out mobility equipment at subsidised rates to help people of all ages who have difficulty getting around in Leamington. They help customers enjoy the shops and heritage of Leamington with the loan of powered and manual wheelchairs and scooters. They also sell a small range of mobility aids such as walking sticks and RADAR keys.

Free Wifi
The Centre provides free Wifi through BT. Customers need to select BTWifi-RoyalPriors and provide their email address to connect.
Lost Property
Lost property is held in the Centre Management Office, accessed via the stairwell between Ernest Jones and Eurochange on the upper mall. Alternatively, please call the office on 01926 450150 or speak to a Royal Priors team member on the mall.
