Centre management
Royal Priors is happy to answer any questions you have about the centre. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact the on-site staff in the Centre Management Office located on the upper mall between Ernest Jones and Kew.
A call/help point for the management suite is at the base of the stairs leading up to the suite. Further call points throughout the car park for customer assistance.
Finding your way around
The centre is well signposted, however we have published a pdf shopping map that you can print out and take with you to make getting around easier.

Facilities
Baby changing, baby feeding and parent & child toilet facilities in conjunction with normal ladies & gents toilets.
If you are a disabled shopper/visitor to Leamington Spa, the town has a very successful Shop Mobility Scheme.
The office is based on the 4th floor of the Royal Priors Shopping Centre Car Park off Park Street and is convenient for all the town's facilities.
