By Car
From London or South:
Leave M40 by Junction 13 or 14, follow signs to Leamington Spa town centre. At large roundabout adjacent to Sainsbury’s take 1st exit; at roundabout immediately following take 2nd exit; at roundabout under railway bridge take 2nd exit into Park Drive which becomes Avenue Road. At junction turn left into Adelaide Road, continue straight over river, across one set of traffic lights, At 2nd set of traffic lights turn right into Warwick Street; straight across Parade and then 1st right into Park Street where you will find the entrance to the Royal Priors multi storey car park (P4)

From M6 and North:
Leave M6 by Junction 4a and take A452 to Balsall Common and Kenilworth. Continue through Kenilworth towards Leamington Spa, remaining on A452, approach Leamington Spa by Kenilworth Road, turn left into Clarendon Avenue. Take second right into Chandos Street, straight across lights to Park Street where you will find the entrance to the Royal Priors multi-storey car park (P4).

By Train
Leamington Spa’s mainline railway station is a short walk away from Royal Priors.
